If your event is after hours (past 5pm) we require a security fee as they will be on sight during your event. Fee is $75/hr.

A certificate of insurance is required. Fee can be $75 - $100 depending on event type.

Most of our clients use “Event Helper” to secure the COI needed for the event - Event Insurance - Special Event Insurance - The Event Helper. Submitting an inquiry with them is quick & seamless!

Items to be listed on the certificate:

Whomever is renting the Driver’s Club or Porsche Studio Portland will need to secure $1 Mil in liability insurance and name Sunset Imports Inc. With this document, please also request a waiver of subrogation and primary/non-contributory endorsements to include on the certificate.

There are no cancellation fees, however we do require a non-refundable 50% deposit of your total balance at the time you sign contract. Other than that, you will have 36 hours prior to your event to submit the remainder of your full balance.

We don’t require our guests to use our catering vendors, however we do provide a preferred vendor list if needed.

Yes, however, all food must be notified & approved by a Porsche Studio Portland staff member prior to event.

Street parking is available around the venue location. We also have parking available on the 4th level of the garage across from Porsche Studio Portland on Johnson St (behind REI) labeled “Sunset Imports”

*Additional spaces can be rented from neighboring lot as a separate contract/fee with the garage.

All alcohol brought into the venue must be distributed by a licensed bartender. Bartender/catering service also must be notified & approved by a Porsche Studio Portland staff member prior to event.

Whomever is renting the Porsche Studio Portland and will be signing a rental agreement will need to secure $1 MIL in liability insurance. They must name Sunset Imports Inc. With this document, please also request a waiver of subrogation and primary/non-contributory endorsements to include on the certificate. A Porsche Studio Portland staff member can assist with this to ensure a seamless process.

Any additional décor/furniture gets contracted through a vendor of your choice or our preferred vendors. For driving sims and golf sims, a Porsche Studio Portland staff member will be present during the event to operate the systems.

We will allow one hour before event for set up and one hour after event for cleanup.

A built-in surround system with an iPad supporting both Pandora and Spotify accounts can be used for background music. Ability to play customizable videos on wall screens/TVs. Wifi available on site. For any Additional AV needs please request a quote.

Per city of Portland Ordinance, outside amplified sound must be turned down by 10pm.
